Post-Graduation ISMD
All courses offered by ISMD cater the requirements of the Resolution CNE / CES n º 06/
2007, which generally regulates Post graduate courses "lato sensu" modality required by
the MEC.
With the increasing number of medical schools and few medical residency available for
recent college professional graduates, there is a need for more training and improvement
for these new graduates, so they could properly enter the labor market. Thus, since 2006,
ISMD offers post-graduate courses "lato sensu" unique to the medical field.
In an ever increasingly competitive market, other areas of health system also needs
constant improvement, updating and specialization. So, since 2010, the ISMD also offers
post-graduate courses specifically for non-medical professionals such as pharmacists,
biochemists, biomedical personnel, nurses, physical therapists and veterinarians.
